The golf shop is open to both players and non players, where light snacks and refreshments are served. The golf shop has a liquor licence but this only extends to being able to serve alcohol to golfers on production of a valid round receipt.

The nearest supermarket is Publix (excellent choice, great service and cheap), which together with other shopping amenities is situated less than 1/2 mile north of the villa in the Berry Town Centre complex on Sand Mine Road, at the junction with the US Highway 27.
A further Publix supermarket is situated on the westbound carriageway of the US Highway 192 at the intersection with the US Highway 27, approximately 3 miles from the villa.
Wal-Mart is a popular superstore and food store, which can be found behind the BP garage on the northbound carriageway of the US Highway 27 just past the intersection with the US Highway 192, approximately 4 miles from the villa.
A further Wal-Mart can be found 12 miles south on the US Highway 27, or on the US Highway 192 next to the Medieval Knights attraction.
The library, which is open 7 days a week, is located in the same parade
of shops as the Publix supermarket on the US Highway 192, and besides offering
a good selection of reading material, periods of free ½ hour internet
access are available.
DVD/Videos can be hired from a video rental shop, which is again found in the same complex as the Publix supermarket. The shop opens at 11.00 am. You will need to produce your passport or driving licence and a credit card.
There are a wealth of shops and restaurants along the US Highway 192 – Charley’s Steak House, Mining Corporation, Ruby Tuesdays, Outback, Ponderosa and the closest being Denny’s (excellent for breakfast), which is on the westbound carriageway of the US Highway 192 next to Publix.
Alternatively there are further shops and restaurants south on the US Highway 27 – a few of these may be quieter than those along the US Highway 192 during busy holiday periods.
For that special occasion, there are very good restaurants in Celebration, which is just along the US Highway 192.
Florida is a shopper’s paradise with factory outlets, shopping malls (too numerous to mention) and souvenir shops selling Disney and Universal Studios merchandise everywhere.
The villa is ideally situated for exploring all the major theme park attractions : - Walt Disney World Florida, Universal Studios Orlando, Sea World Florida, as well as all the magnificent golf courses in Central Florida.
Relive man’s first step on the moon, with a trip to the Kennedy Space Centre, where you can see one of the only two surviving huge Saturn V rockets. Explore the rocket garden, visit launch pads, climb aboard a Space Shuttle, see the Space Station being constructed, or even dine with today’s astronauts.
Venture beyond Orlando and its theme parks, and you’ll find an oasis of peace and calm on the idyllic shores of the Gulf and Gold coast. Their fine sandy beaches provide the perfect place to rest up after days of action packed adventure.
Glide through the Everglades on an airboat, or sail through the Florida Keys, mix with the rich and famous on Marco Island or sway to the Cuban rhythm that beats in Miami’s South Beach.
